We had the loveliest stay at Canaves Sunday! John at the front desk welcomed us with genuine warmth and helped us so much during our stay, and the sweet girl who served breakfast brightened every morning. The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and full of charm. Not sure that we will ever have a similar experience again!
What a view! The location is pretty perfect with it being in the middle of Oia, with stunning views of their two differing rooftops (one overlooking the Caldera and one overlooking Oia). Service is impeccable and wonderful staff that are always willing to help. Very quiet given only 8 rooms so it never feels crowded. Would recommend booking the hotel's airport/port car transfers as lots of steps regardless to get to any of the Oia hotels.
This was a stellar experience, starting with the kind, genuine, anticipatory service from everyone who works there. Standouts were (spelling) Ilyeana and John, but every single person we spoke to were so helpful and kind. Rooms were huge, showers hot and powerful, the Paper Planes perfection, the recommendations slayed, delicious breakfasts, infinity pool, perfect location. Loved loved loved.
Absolute perfection in Oia, Santorini! The team at Canaves Sunday went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly luxurious. They greeted us at the roadside, welcoming us with a delicious drink and escorting us to the breathtaking property. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from twice-daily room service (cleaning, refreshing, and providing water and dessert) to the impeccable attention to comfort. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. The location is a dream—impossible not to fall in love with! The pool is absolutely stunning, with views overlooking the cliffs of Santorini. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and designed for ultimate relaxation. Without a doubt, the best place to stay!
