Die Tour war eigentlich sehr schön, weil es eben Santorini war. Das was wir gesehen haben war toll. Aber wir müssen bei der Bewertung 2 Sterne abziehen, weil es einige Missverständnisse gab: das Boot kam zu spät und wir mussten sogar den Veranstalter anrufen. Erst dann kam das Boor. Die Crew bestand aus zwei Personen, die nicht gerade sehr viel Freude an ihrem Job versprühten. Wir kamen nicht wirklich willkommen an Bord vor. Die Crew wusste nicht das wir Tickets für die Wanderung auf dem Krater hatten u d es schien so, dass das Zeitlimit knapp war, denn wir wurden beim Schnorcheln nach kurzer Zeit aus dem Wasser gebeten und die Fahrt zurück nach Oia fuhr das Boot so schnell dass es echt gefährlich war (wir mussten uns richtig festkrallen) und alle plischnass waren. Bei den Schqefelquellen bekamen wir Handtücher- leider auch blau wie unsere vom Hotel aus, aber ohne das Boot-Emblem. Sie setzten uns am Hafen ab und kamen mit dem Boot nochmal zurück, weil wir angeblich deren Handtücher mitgenommen hatten. Wir hatten es bereut Trinkgeld gegeben zu haben. Tipp: alle Boote um uns rum gaben ihren Gästen Schwimmbädern bei den heißen Quellen und die haben wir vermisst. Die Strecke bis zu den wirklich heißen Quellen ist echt weit. Drei von uns 6 mussten deshalb das Schwimmen vorab abbrechen.

Amazing tour!!!
This tour is a must do in Santorini. We had a private tour with 2 crew members. They had soda, water and beer for us on the trip. We got to see an amazing view, jump in the water to snorkel, hike the volcano and bath in the warm hot springs. A great experience we won’t forget!!

Fun and Customized Experience
We had an amazing time. Got to hike the volcano, swim in the sea, learn about the history of the island, and customize the 3 hours to our needs. And of course the sunset view from the water was the climax. The captain and crew were excellent. 10/10.

Voucher
Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
Passport or Id
Full names of the passengers (as shown on their passport or id). Passengers need to have onboard with them their passport or id or a copy of them, in case the Port Authority runs a check on the boat. A picture on their mobile will suffice.

Yes, you can. There is no extra charge, but you will have to carry it in your arms as the path is not suitable for strollers.
Yes, you can take part but you will not able to swim in the hot springs. Instead, on this part of the tour, you will stay on the boat (relax & sunbathe).
