Trip in November - keep in mind its too cold for swimming
If I am to complain about one thing it is that you truly cannot swim in November - the water is around 19 degrees, and the water next to volcano is the same, with only some warm spots - which you should find by swimming through the 19-degrees water... Otherwise, it was a very relaxing experience even with high waves.

We were very well looked after from pick up to tour itself. Food was delicious. Small number of people on boat crested intimate experience. Boat was impressive, clean and the voyage felt smooth and safe. Well chosen stops. A memorable day out.

If you cancel at least 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
