Cancellation

For a private cruise, there is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled date. However, if you cancel within 4 days of the scheduled date, a 100 percent cancellation fee applies. For a charter cruise, there is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. But, if you cancel within 30 days of the scheduled date, a 100 percent cancellation fee is imposed. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

For future bookings, you have the option to finalize your reservation using the "Reserve Now & Pay Later" feature, while instant online payment is offered through various payment methods.

Full names of the passengers (as shown on their passport or id). Passengers need to have onboard with them their passport or id or a copy of them, in case the Port Authority runs a check on the boat. A picture on their mobile will suffice.
