The most perfect honeymoon staying at Charisma. I spent months scouting the best hotels in Santorini over the caldera to find the perfect one for our honeymoon. And everytime I kept returning to charisma so took the plunge and booked it. Expensive, but worth every penny. The staff are completely wonderful and couldn’t have helped us more throughout our stay. Particularly the bar staff that chatted to us during our pool days and the lovely man that delivered our breakfast every morning (so sorry I don’t remember names!). Room 47 (the honeymoon suite) is absolutely beautiful and out of this world! The experience was something we’ll never forget. The only thing I would mention is it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room - the only mirror we had I could only see my chin and up! Hard to look at evening outfits. But everything down to the breakfast was amazing - we even got used to the many MANY steps throughout the hotel after a while. Though we did mention it would be very difficult for older people so please bare that in mind - the steps are fierce but that’s the charm of Oia. Best 10 days of our lives, thank you very much. Ps. Please if you visit charisma, feed the cats. They’re all so gentle and kind and loved being fed in the mornings! Broke our heart to leave them so we hope they are looked after by the locals.

Honestly the worst honeymoon experience. The location was inconvenient to walk to anything compared to other hotels we saw later on that looked the exact same. The service was awful. Our jacuzzi turns our bathing suit color 2x and both times the front desk and manager chose to blame it on something we must’ve done. Mind you, we used it for a night swim after we had both showered and went to dinner so we did not have sunscreen on. I’m not sure how that’s any kind of customer service to blame it on the client. We were no longer comfortable using the jacuzzi because who knows what it would do to my skin and they refused to compensate us on the room. The way the whole situation was handled was shameful and unlike any other vacation service I have had. Not sure if it’s a country culture thing or what. On our way out, the people carrying our bags broke the strap of my expensive luggage and they refuse to take responsibility for it. For anyone staying here in the future, take pictures of your luggage before it leaves your rooms

Our suite was gorgeous, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning — such a relaxing and special way to start the day. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the team made it feel so special with thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Everything was seamless, peaceful, and just perfect. Couldn’t recommend Charisma Suites more — it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for luxury, views, and a truly memorable experience in Santorini. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
