Absolutely Terrible – Ruined My Trip and Honeymoon I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. I had booked a room at the White Pearl Cavalier weeks in advance, paid in full, and thought everything was settled. Then, out of nowhere, they canceled my reservation without any real explanation. No apology, no empathy—just a few “alternative” options that were actually downgrades. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the inconvenience they caused. By the time they canceled on me, every other decent hotel in the area was already fully booked. Because of their unreliable service, my vacation plans—and even my honeymoon—were completely ruined. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and inconsiderate handling of a booking. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. Their bookings are clearly not secure, their communication felt dishonest, and they can apparently cancel on you at any time without taking responsibility. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.
Staying at White Pearl felt like a dream. The views were jaw-dropping, the rooms were private and luxurious, and the service was on another level. On an island with so many visitors, this place truly feels like home. Everyone there treated us like family — we’ll be daydreaming about going back forever. We had Massages booked through the hotel from Nick + Yona, and they were the best we have had in our life! Joanna (Concierge & Resort Manager) is a star. She thought of every detail and made sure our honeymoon was absolutely seamless. She went above and beyond. Kris (Personal Waiter) made every meal feel so special — kind, attentive, and so genuine. Yannis (Personal Waiter): Yannis went above and beyond for us every single time. He has a real gift for hospitality.
My husband and I stayed here for the end of our honeymoon in Greece and we had the time of our lives! We stayed in the Vinsanto honeymoon suite and it was a dream. The private pool looks right into the caldera and you cannot beat the views. Joanna is INCREDIBLE, we absolutely loved chatting with her. I highly suggest the wine tasting, Yiannis was so lovely and taught us so much about wine from Santorini. The location is in a nice quiet and private area as well, so you have so much peace and tranquility while still being walking distance to tons and tons of restaurants and shops! We hope to stay again at some point!
Best Time in Santorini The staff at White Pearl Cavalieri, including Joanna, Christoph, and Yannis, made our vacation truly unforgettable. Their professional, warm, and attentive approach exceeded any expectations we had. Our room was amazing, featuring an incredible view that left us speechless. The room itself was up to the highest standards, and the room service was exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel pampered and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the dinners were of the highest level. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Staying at White Pearl Cavalieri made our trip truly special.
