Akrotiri is a quiet village but of great interest and importance. It is situated on the southwest edge of Santorini, about 15 kilometers away from Fira, offering exquisite views of the island. It is famous for the lighthouse from where you can relish majestic sunsets.
In Akrotiri you have the opportunity to discover two wondrous beaches, Red Beach and White Beach. Red Beach is surrounded by reddish, steep cliffs that along with the dark blue waters form a stupendous contrast. White Beach, encircled with high, white rocks and covered in white pebbles.
Akrotiri village is home of the most historical treasure in Santorini, which is the archaeological site of Akrotiri, a very important prehistoric town of the Aegean that is totally worth a visit.

In order to reach the place from the port, take the bus from the Port to Fira and get off in Megalochori village. Then, take another bus with direction to Akrotiri village.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite for three days and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. For check-in, we had asked to leave our bags and come back at 3 PM, but they kindly let us check in early at 12 PM for free, which made us very happy. The breakfast was excellent and always served on time. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, with plenty of towels for different purposes. The pool temperature was always 32 degrees, even at night when it was cold outside, so it was always comfortable to use. We also had great privacy during our stay. We saw many hotels in Fira and Oia, both cheaper and more expensive, but most of them did not offer good privacy. This hotel was much better in that regard and we really appreciated it. They also offered free parking which was very convenient. If we ever come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay in this hotel again. It was perfect with a beautiful view and wonderful service. We really enjoyed everything.
Would definitely stay here again! The owner is delightful! I was able to coordinate everything through text and ask all the questions we had. Breakfast had a lot of options, she even provided a breakfast the day before cuz we were leaving early the morning. The rooms were clean and smell good. The pool is a perfect temperature. We fell asleep to the night lights on the balcony. Wake up early to catch a sunrise! It was definitely worth it!
I love these suites and everything about it! It was so beautiful! The breakfast was always very delicious and everything nice and clean. The 2 women from the reception Georgina and Wicky were very nice and helpful, they sweetened our stay even more. I can't thank them enough, we will definitely come back🫶🏼
Great accommodations in a great location. If you want relaxation and tranquility away from the noise, this is the place for you. I had a fantastic time here. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. The room is lovely and spacious. The view is unreal and breathtaking.
