Grand Suite with Indoor Jetted Tub and Caldera View

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Rooms are very spacious super clean and private. The pool area is neat and tidy with the easiest place to relax and unwind. The views that you get from stepping out your room are breathtaking. Staff are very friendly. Couldn't recommend enough.

We had the most incredible stay at Akra Suites & Spa Santorini! From the breathtaking views to the beautifully designed rooms, everything was perfect. The location is ideal — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly relax and take in the magic of Santorini. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Didn’t want to write a review but I felt like it was necessary. Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and honestly couldn’t wait to leave. I don’t know if it was just my room but if you do want a room with a “private” jet tub… just know that it is very much NOT private. The room next to us also had a jet tub and the only thing separating us was a day bed and a thin bush. We went to take a shower on the first day and our shower water was running yellow brown water. The sink also had the same yellow water coming through the taps. My partner went and got a staff member and brought him to our room to show him the water. The only thing he said was that the hotel was running out of hot water and he needed to call someone about it. We asked him what a more immediate solution would be and he said to let the water run for over half an hour and if it didn’t go clear, to shower it reception. We payed almost $3,000 AUD for this room so hearing this from a “luxury” hotel made me really upset. The water ran this way for 3 days before it came out clear. One day, room service didn’t refill our toilet paper (totally fine) so I went to reception to ask politely for a couple rolls. They said they would deliver it to our room. 30 minutes go by and still nothing. I then go again to reception and just ask if I could get the toilet paper then and there. They were shocked that I hadn’t received any yet and gave it straight to me (which could have been done initially). Then an hour later, a room service lady came by with toilet paper. Seems like a niche thing to get a little upset about but I feel like this could have been handled a little better. The breakfast staff were also super cold. Not unfriendly, just cold. There was always the same boy and girl there. The girl was usually sitting on the counter top when we walk by and they are usually always talking with each other and didn’t greet us until we said something first. I do have some positives though; the view and the location of this hotel is nothing I have ever experienced or seen before. My breath was generally taken away every time I looked at the view. Thira was a short walk away and the sunsets were incredible. The staff were quite accommodating when I let them know that some family were doing a day trip to Santorini (they were on a cruise) and if they could use our private pool and hang out at the hotel. They agreed and didn’t charge us anything (I’ve been charged in the past before) Like I said, I didn’t want to do this. This is probably to first bad review I have ever written but it just makes me wish that I had read the reviews before booking.

The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Imerovigli, with a great view. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is very satisfying. Right next to it, there’s a bar Navagio and a restaurant, both also very beautiful. It’s situated on the path where people walk towards Fira. The entire complex is well-maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly with everything we asked for. Bruna and Kostas, thank you!
