Executive traditional suite with Sea, Caldera and Volcano View

The hotels view are just amazing and why we booked but the stay exsperience was what we enjoyed and will recommend. From the original photos the hotel has been updated and renovated so it was such a pleasant exsperince from the moment we arrived and we were so welcomed. The hotel driver was such a bonus and joy. We took the recommended boat trip. Which was fantastic Oia lunch amazing but just resting in this amazing setting is what was needed. Thankyou. X

The views here are stunning, the pool is lovely, and the food at the restaurant was great. My villa was adorable -- both spacious and cozy -- and there are Spa services available. But the best feature by far is the staff -- everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the porters, was amazing -- friendly, helpful, and eager to go above and beyond. They could not have been more helpful and kind!

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel, and this is going to be a long review. Yes, there were a few very minor flaws, but they were so insignificant, they’re not even worth mentioning. As a 3-star hotel, this is honestly the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff — especially the lady at the reception — were incredibly kind, attentive, and solution-oriented. I can’t praise their professionalism and hospitality enough. The kitchen staff were also very polite and respectful. Whatever we needed, whatever problem we had, they handled it quickly and kindly. They truly did everything they could to ensure our comfort. The hotel was spotless — even the cushions we sat on were perfectly clean. Breakfast was sufficient, filling, and satisfying. It’s not a money-hungry business; they don’t count every penny, and they’re very flexible. We probably caused them some trouble at times or struggled to explain ourselves, but even then, they remained extremely understanding. It’s such a peaceful hotel, and you can feel that the staff have been carefully selected for their respectful and kind nature. You could easily spend an entire day at the hotel without leaving — they really have everything you need. Whoever is managing this hotel, I just want to say thank you — you’ve done an amazing job.

Incredible views of the ocean, you need to climb a ladder to get to your bed. Impossible to stand on second floor where bed is located. Nowhere was this detailed on their web site. Ants everywhere near bed. Rusted door fixtures. Defective room mirror. Great breakfast which is included. Very hospitable employees. Bed sheets are used to cover lowest quality mattress which keep falling off as you toss in bed. Wouldn't stay there again. No way is this a 5 star hotel.
