Wonderful experience!

Greeted by friendly, professional staff. The tour was interesting and having an audio guide providing you with each stage of winemaking was brilliant. The wine tasting experience was great and we had Angela who was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Voucher

Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.

Cancellation

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the tour, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
