The Couples’ Aromatherapy Massage is a 60-minute side-by-side treatment guided by two skilled therapists in a private suite. Couples are left feeling rejuvenated, reunited, and completely present in each other's company as calming essential oils fill the room and synchronized motions reduce tension. In both Akrotiri and Imerovigli, the ambiance is refined and serene. By including lavish extras, the Departure Day Spa Package enhances this experience. - Teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your schedule appointment at the hotel you have booked your massage service
- All sessions include 10 minutes for undressing, redressing, and showering
- Guests may request a male or female therapist during the booking process, but availability cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling constraints
- Guests must be at least 14 years old
- A brief Medical history intake form must be completed and signed prior to your treatment, available at the Spa Reception
- Mobile phones are not permitted in the spa area
- Please inform us prior in case you have any high blood pressure, active cancer, cardio-vascular/heart ailments or any condition that may counteract with massage, body pressure/manipulation or heat
- Please leave valuables in your room or at the Zen Spa's safe, as Zen Spa is not responsible for any loss
- For expectant women, nursing mothers, and guests undergoing active cancer treatment, we have designed the Rejuvance Face Massage treatment. For their safety and well-being, this is the only treatment available to guests in these groups

Voucher
Once your booking is complete, you will receive the voucher, which includes the meeting point, time and supplier’s contact information, at your email address. You need to have it with you, in paper form or in digital form.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the full amount will be charged.
